I pulled the info out of my NASM book, and it has really helped my lower back problems. I feel like I’m pulling out of my chronic conditions. I also think not having a desk job also has something to do with it.

This concept in practice completely changed my kicks. I’m still working on hip stabilization mind you but aligning my hip with my heel as a visualization was more than enough to turn my weak, unfocused kicks into effective ones. things to practice for sure!
