I just discovered how to Embed media (YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, etc…) directly into topics and replies in the forums.

All you have to do is place the full url of the object you are trying to embed.

For example:

In any post your create or a reply that you want to share a YouTube video you would add the following without the brackets: [ example ]…

I wanted to share an interesting video: Yi – Mind Intention with Adam Mizner

I like how he talks about intention and the internal aspects of how focus can be strengthened. It gives me another way to think about the Sil Lim Tao.
