Wing Chun 6 years, 1 month agoI wanted to share how I’ve been dealing with loosening up my shoulders. @ray told me a couple things on separate occasions:
1. have a partner hold your hands, so you can lean back…this will help stretch and open your joints
2. use a stretchy band or a broom stick and use it behind you to help with stretching
