You can get this: https://www.amazon.com/Five-Photo-Brand-Antiseptic-Solstice/dp/B001U5JOB0 for about $13 bucks at a place like Fubons (SE 82ed between Division & Powells). Good for bruises and what a lot of kung fu practitioners use for iron palm training. Supposed to work the chi. Not all are equal. The stuff posted is the cheap stuff. There are higher grades at higher prices.

SamParticipantIsha Institutes of Inner Sciences offers all paths of Yoga. They cost and usually require travel to different states as most programs dont come to Oregon, but the programs are ran with military level precision, and will completely transform your life weather you go for physical, mental, emotional or whatever aspect of your system. If you go to the USA Ashram, its lowkey cult vibes, but not in a militias way. You can always leave if you want lol. But they teach the purest & most true to the Yogic Science I’ve ever come across.

VeronicaParticipantI just wanted to put a link here to my favorite online yogi! Yoga with Adriene has a wide range of yoga videos free online. She is non-pretentious, easy going, and funny, and has a cute doggo. You can find heart openers (chest and shoulders) as well as hip openers in almost every one of her videos. For more advanced yoga you can buy her subscription but I have really benefited from working with her free videos.

Just wanted to share a person who I have been following for kettlebell exercises: Mark Wildman. Kettlebell exercises is a great for compound / total body workouts–more work with less time. With modern day life we are always sitting. Sitting patterns promote tight hip flexors and weak hip extensors (glutes), which can lead to a lot of pelvic-tilt disorders (chronic lower back pain). For us Wing Chun practitioners, I postulate that our Wing Chun kicks could possibly exacerbate tight hip flexors. Luckily we can remedy this with foam rolling and stretching our hip flexors in conjunction with strengthening our glutes with squats.
